- I will
download data off athletic.net at 10:00pm Tuesday September 17th 2008.
- Make a
reservation for the camp ground on line if you are camping.
- Make a
reservation for the ferry if you are on a bus.
The Scoring System
- Pay
your entry fee to get your team packet. {40.00 per team per race}
- Pick
up your team packet at the white tent, inside the packet will be your race
numbers that need to be pinned upon the chest of your runners. Please do
not fold the tag under the #.
Please fill out Name and school on the race number with permanent
marker.
- Any
corrections need to be made prior to 9:00am at command central.
- After
each race you will have 10 minutes to return your data to the scoring
tent. This is the back up scoring system. When your athletes finish the
race, they will receive a race placement number. Please put the name on
the numbered tag, on the scoring envelopes provided in the packets please
enter names and place.
- I
would like to have the data to you and posted 30 minutes after each race.
- Please
bring a memory stick for the race results.
