03. Do we come to the clubhouse to check in?
No, please check in at Command Central / The Longhouse / The motor home…. Will be parked by the finish line

04. Where do we setup tents etc.
At the left of the starting line beyond the apartments… Behind white stakes and in front of the tall grass Please bring a garbage bag..

05. Where are we and the parents supposed to park?
IF you have a bus or Vans a quick left hand turn and back into the south west corner of the parking lot We will have a person there for directions…

I encouraged you to take this momentum so that we can build our XC Championships into a model for other leagues envy.

I have personally made a promise that the following items would be adhered to.

01. Showing dignity and respect by attendees.

02. Demonstrating behaviors becoming young women and young men.

03. Staying off the greens and private property inside and outside of the golf course. Unless noted.

04. Respect voice / screaming by athletes due to the players using back 9 holes.

05. 5000m course. (Staying on the front 9 holes)

06. Exposes our athletes to the golfing community.

07. Utilizing facilities: club house, snack bar, and bathrooms.

08. Leaving the facility cleaner then when we arrived.
