1. Stance:
-start with a balanced set-up
-choose plate position
-head over the middle
-the stance begins all forward direction |

2. Trigger:
-lower body best
-scap load
-head and shoulder go straight towards pitcher
-back leg stays solid |

3. Stride and Direction:
-stride into your legs, athletic position
-body forward hands back and moving when stride foot hits |

4. Slot to Swing:
-hip turn pulls back elbow into slot
-elbows stay together
-chest stays over plate
-hands lead the bat through slot
-maintain balance and momentum

5. Contact:
-head stays stable behind your belt
-front side firms up at contact
-contact at front hip |

6. Finish:
-head locked in and stable
-accelerate through the ball
-hands go through the ball
